Doctor Dang and his staff were warm and welcoming. I received a high quality level of care and Doctor Dang was kind and professional.

Dr, Bao Dang is a outstanding Physician!!

I thought he was very unfair I gained some weight from my previous visit and he exploded and told me he could not be my PCP. This was only my third visit with him and not something that happened over and over. Then between his nurse and him my mention of the medications of the refills I needed got turned into I'm not taking the medications he prescribed. Maybe dr. Bao Dang was having a bad day and I had the misfortune of being part of it.

Very unprofessional no bedside manor and if you question his diagnosis he will not treat you. Went in for visit after hospital stay he said I was an individual but yet lumped in with a group so I questioned him on it and how could he say he was treating me as an individual yet based his diagnosis on a test of 1000 people. In my opinion he's a price and shouldn't be practicing medicine. If you can't handle someone questioning you or disagreeing with you you shouldn't be in your profession

I read all the reviews before visiting the office and almost canceled my appointment due to the bad reviews. I’m glad I did not. Everyone has their own experience but I found Dr. Dang, his nurse and all clinic staff at Baptist Health to be professional and kind. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional during my visit. I will continue to use him in the future as my PCP.

Zero Stars. I will never return or recommend Dr. Dang. He had no bedside manners and couldn’t wait to get out of the room. He didn’t seem to want to answer questions or relieve any of my concerns. I went to see him because I am experiencing right side facial paralysis. He told me that I most likely had Bell’s Palsy. He seemed to dismiss my concerns that I may be experiencing a more serious and rare condition of Melkersson–Rosenthal Syndrome that my mother is diagnosed with. When he looked up my mom’s condition he said “well there is no cure so there is nothing I can do”. He did not take any labs, urine sample, look inside my mouth since I had a recent filling replaced, or suggest that I follow up with a neurologist or ENT. I had to ask if I should get a referral to a specialist and he said “tell me who you want to see”. He did not guide me in a direction of who I should seek care with. I left this appointment crying and feeling worse then when I went in.

The absolute worst experience with a doctor I've had. He didn't even know he was my doctor, and told me I could only choose 2 problems. He had about 1 minute for me, cut me off, and was extremely rude. The one star is for his poor staff.

Very professional and interesting Doctor. Took care of my medical needs. Answered all my questions with good information during a walk in clinic visit. My guy liked him so much on a similar cost that he has chosen him as his primary since Dr. Russell retired.
