We have had two bad experiences with Dr. Bryan Smiths office first the lady at the front desk. It was a day that Dr. Smith left the office sick. The lady at the front desk was very rude to us and turned into a witch. The second bad experience was his office was supposed to set up an appointment for my aunt at UAMS and call us to let us know the day and time for the appointment. That was what Dr. ...

B Smith is awesome! Definitely understanding and willing to explain everything in detail when you need it (in my case- a broken pelvis). Also one of the best orthopedic docs around. His nurses are super helpful and kind too.

Dr. Smith performed Rotator Cuff surgery in January. He was through in describing the procedure and what to expect post surgery. I have experienced very little pain associated with the surgery and would highly recommend Dr. Smith.

I broke my leg very badly last year, in mid April. I needed my meds and he wouldn't put me back on my normal meds at the levels I was on. It really caused me problems. My medication or how much I needed or the dose That is so unacceptable to have no idea about a pain medication as a surgeon you should know pain mess especially ones that work for me and my gastroparisis. If you a doctor who is an orthopedic surgeon you need to know it or easily look it up. Don't just deny me my meds. My medication is something I actually need twice daily. I was absolutely floored being told by my surgeon that because he didn't know what it is then dude look it up and stop denying people their meds. I was going into withdrawal as I'm in the Hospital after my skin went through skin on my ankle. Learn your meds so I am not only in pain I had the meds to take some of that pain away. Without needing pills. I can't take pills very well. So I guess next unfortunate time I get injured (it happens all the time.) You are not allowed to deny me.

Dr Smith takes time to go over any and all questions that I've thrown at him, he's very thorough and very kind. I definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs an ortho!
