This Doctor was more concerned about the medication I was on and BLAMED ME for Dr. shopping for pain meds!!! I am missing half of my organs to a Whipple procedure and take 3 tramadol a day and I asked for 1 more a day! Now I have been blackballed from Mercy. I thought this was settled by my attorney but I see I need to get him involved again. A very sad ending because I really liked Dr Cross. And he was the ONLY Dr I was seeing for 2 years.

Dr. Cross saved my life. I was dealing with Liver & Kidney failure in 2015 that was brought on by Alcohol. He didn't judge me and encouraged me to seek help. When I finally was able to put it together (12/15/2018) I've been sober since and now help others who are on the same road to death. Thanks Dr. Cross, I think of you often and you'll never know how much your kindness helped me.

Very disappointed. He didn't do 1 thing diff than my family practice dr! Waited 5 wks to see him, for him to tell me the exact same thing I already knew. Not 1 test! Why is he called a specialist?! Suppose to make a follow-up appt, SMH, why would I do that?! To waste my money and time? I think not!
