Always the best. Makes u feel comfortable and he's super duper smart. Never makes u feel likes he's putting u off. He's really taken care of me for 15-20 years and I will never switch from this man!!!!!

Dr. Phillips was my doctor while I was pregnant he was great. Sometimes the waiting is little long that’s because he has other patients I understand that. Our appointments are quick once I get in but he has always been great with me and my baby and my boyfriend. Always made sure my baby was ok and listen to the heartbeat to makes sure everything was good. The stuff has always been friendly to me scheduling appointments was super easy. Some people have bad experience but I haven’t had one at all. I think Dr. Phillips is a great doctor he delivered my son May 17th 2022 plus the next morning he came and checked on me and the baby. The next day after that he came in again to check on use. The fact that he remembered our names and my boyfriend name meant something something to use. I would recommend this doctor. Be patient. We love Dr Phillips.

If I can give 0. I would, I leave the message for the nurse to call me back yesterday about the issue I'm having a week now with my pregnancy but she never calls back. Her name is Lacey. I waited for her for a whole day to call me back finally I decided to call them again, then the receptionist said I have to wait for 24 hrs to get her response (receptionist name is Nicole) I can't understand when my husband called them, they always respond so quickly when I did it they never call me back. I always treated them nice but they treated me so badly. I feel it is racist because I am Filipino. It doesn't matter if I am Asian or Not more important they should care their clients because I am paying them like other people here. Anyway, they showed they don't care their clients because of that I left Mercy. POOR SERVICE.

I don't feel comfortable talking with Dr. Phillips. He always rushes like he checked my daughter's heartbeat last time we went there, but he did not tell us the numbers of the heartbeat of our baby so I feel he doesn't care about me and my baby. His staff are not good to follow up with my concerns when I called them about my pregnancy issues.

Best OB/Gyn !! ~ Dr.Don delivered my son (25 yr old now) & has been my gynecologist for about 28+ years now. If you have questions or any concerns about anything, he takes the time to listen & will explain anything you don't understand. He is such a good doctor. I have a great deal of respect for him. He is very professional & will NOT make you uncomfortable, in any way. Instead, you can feel comfortable discussing any issues that you have & know that he can help. I have referred him to any one who asks, because I do believe he is the OB/Gyn to choose!

This isn't my first pregnancy. Ive yet to feel compelled enough to write a review about my care with an obgyn until now. I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant and getting ready to deliver my baby soon, so my opinion is unbiased and Ive had plenty of time to form it. Dr. Don Phillips is by far the best doctor that weve had. He's incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, relateable, patient despite being a very busy man, and a great listener. He is willing to discuss, explain, and address any questions or concerns we have had. We've witnessed on numerous occasions his promptness and dedication to delivering his patients babies, which is very reassurring that he will be present when our time comes soon. Do not hesitate to choose Dr. Phillips when browsing for OBGYNs. Even if the hospital doesnt have the best reviews, this doctor is fantastic! His staff and nurses are great. We have never been treated poorly or rudely. Even checking in, everyone at the front desks are awesome! Always. That is rare. Overall, in our 37 weeks worth of visits thus far, we do not have a single complaint or thing we would change. Thank you to Dr. Don Phillips and his amazing office!
