Dr. Rotaru has guided my wife skillfully and graciously through treatment and great reduction of a serious infection in her Kidney. His bed side manner is about the best I ve experienced. He is through in his explanations and gloriously successful in his diagnosis and treatments. We are both huge fans of this gentle, caring, physician.

Dr. Rotary had a horrible bedside manner, complete disregard of patient concerns and history. I would never recommend him to another patient, and I an in the process of filing a formal complaint against him. I generously gave him one star, because that is the lowest I could put in.
