26 years ago to the date Dr. Pottmeyer performed quad bypass surgery on my heart. So far the grafts have held up well to the amazement of my current cardiologist. Based on my experience Dr. Pottmeyer is a top notch cardiac surgeon with exceptional skills.

I had triple bypass surgery performed by Dr. Pottmeyer two years ago. He used the beating heart technique. and if I had not had complications it would have been a walk in the park. You see I have an allergic reaction to heparin which causes massive amounts of blood clots to form. This condition was unknown. DR.. Pottmeyer did a terrific job as did the intensive care physician, DR.. Strouv. If it were not for these two men, I would be very dead today. I can't say enough nice things about DR. Pot

I found this Doctor to be extremely confident in what he is doing,and that gives me confidence as well.He has performed more than one surgery on my wife and has done exactly what he said he was going to do.Very pleasant but a no nonsense Doctor and I like that. He is around the bedside with frequent visits.I like him and always recommend him.

My wife went to Mercy Hospital for a Angiogram, with very little Chance of needing By-Pass.Big surprise! She needed emergency 4-way.Dr Pottmyer took charge and performed impeccably. His bed-side manner is incomparable and Skills beyond the Norm.I was pleased with surgeon sebveral years ago..But Dr Edward Pottmeyer wil be my Vascular, and Cardio Surgeon should need ever arise again
