Staff is RUDE. WILL NOT return! Dr. does not care if it is a serious emergent problem...told me to go to ER if the appointment was too far out.

My son is 3 months old and I wasn't sure about a pediatrician. I went with Dupree and she has been amazing so far. When I have problems I call the office and leave a message and get a call back within an hour or so. I had an emergency with my son projectile vomiting and they got me an appointment that same morning and he needed an upper GI study done and she had the procedure scheduled 2 days later and called in the medication as soon as she received the results. I have had an excellent experience with them so far and would definitely recommend using Dupree and her staff.

We love Dr.Dupree! She interacts with my 2 month old as if it were her own and explains things in laymen terms. Would not want any other doctor!

I absolutely love Dr Dupree!! She is not a typical Dr. She does not just write out a Rx for antibiotics like a lot if Drs do. She always interacts with my son when I bring him in for his well child check ups and always thoroughly checks him over from head to toe. She asks questions about his everyday life and what kinds of things he likes. I'm very pleased with the care we receive from her,, she will be our daughters physician when she is born in Feb!!!!

She made me feel like my child didn't matter and i was over reacting when the er docter admitted my 4 month old to the hospital, she did not see my child in the hospital but told me that it was unnessary for her to be there after the fact. When my childs regular doctor and another physcian in the practice saw her in the hospital and both agreed that she needed to be there.

The receptionists were very indifferent, the nurse treated us like we were idiots, and Dr. Dupree treated us like bad parents. We were not given a chance to explain ourselves when she made assumptions about the health of our newborn. After our third visit within a week(one scheduled, and two follow ups because he wasnt gaining waight fast enough)it was determined that he was healthy. She does not take the time to ask questions, and simply makes assumptions based on numbers, not on the individual. I am not sure if she is over cautious, trying to make more money than is necessary, or trying to show up the tenured doctors in the office. She may be a very good doctor, but she will not see my child any more.
