I had a mountain biking accident, lived with pain in my wrist for 1 1/2 years. 3 sets of x-rays and 2 mri's. They showed a cyst in the wrist no fractures found. Had a partial tear in a tendon. Dr. Kelly repaired the tendon, drained the cyst found a fracture in the bone, removed part of the bone, grafted in the new bone and I am on the way to full recovery. This doctor entered the room and immediately began rapid-fire questions that were easily answered by my chart. He was absolutely not interested in finding the best solution for me, but rather doing what he had already decided he was going to do. I have rarely encountered such a rude person. When I attempted to ask basic questions, he was visibly annoyed and literally scoffed. He did not listen to me or seem to be interested in finding a solution that was actually workable for me. Terrible bedside manner, very rude, and quite frankly, I wouldn't trust him if he is unable or unwilling to not employ scare tactics when asked basic questions.

Had carpal tunnel surgery in September 2021. I am still so tramatized from that surgery now almost 6 months later that I will not have surgery on the other hand even though I am experiencing numbness in it as well.

I had carpal tunnel surgery done September of 2021 on left hand. It is still not right, but I can live with it. I am still so traumatized from that surgery I will likely die with the other hand somewhat numb. I will never have another surgery done in Fort Smith!

Dr. Kelly did surgery to repair my trigger thumb and he did an amazing job! You can't even see a scar. I would highly recommend him.

Be prepared to wait indefinitely without anyone behind the desk caring. I waited over an hour for my surgery follow up visit and finally gave up and left without a visit. They did not care in the least that they were running an hour behind my scheduled time. No apologies or even faking that they cared.

Dr. Kelly performed carpal tunnel & thumb joint replacement on my right hand. He did a tremendous job and all his staff is amazing. . .friendly, helpful, and kind. I have already scheduled the same surgery on my left hand and am confident in Dr. Kelly and his entire staff.
