Janice M. Keating's Online Review Report Card

My mom and I were both long time patients of Dr. Keating. She did pain management for my mom and treated me for migraines and other neurological problems. At one point, she expressed wanting my mom to start going to a pain management clinic. Mom didn't want to be seeing yet another doctor, so she asked Dr. Keating to keep doing the pain management. She agreed. But we learned that it was at this point, she decided to get rid of us. A few months later, during mom's monthly drug test, she tested positive for Benzo's. She doesn't take them. I do. I take Valium, of which Dr. Keating was at the time prescribing me. Mom was immediately dropped as a patient, at which she had to scramble to find a pain management clinic to take her on such short notice. She also dropped me, saying to continue to treat me would be a "conflict of interest". Problem is, when I tried to get in to see another neurologist in the area, none would answer my calls as soon as they found out that I had been her patient. She has a reputation and if you get dropped by her, you're effectively blacklisted. I had to watch my mom go through withdrawal when she ran out of her pain medication before she was eventually taken on by a pain specialist. I don't think I'll ever be able to forgive Dr. Keating for the pain and torment she inflicted upon my mom. When her time comes, I hope she dies alone and in pain...

I took my elderly dad in to see Dr. Keating, to see why he was having memory issues. She was very kind and compassionate. She spent quite a bit of time with him, asking him questions and and doing cognitive tests. She ordered an MRI, and we got the results the same day. Her clinician was not able to answer some of my questions, so I messaged Dr. Keating on My Mercy, and she called me back the next day, and was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. Thank you so much!

Wouldn’t recommend going to this office. I was dr. Keating”s patient as a teenager. I liked her. Then I moved states when I came about 5 years later. I specifically asked to be referred to her. She was 2 hours away From where I lived. at that first and last appt. She recommended Botox for my chronic migraines. I’m scared of needles so I guess I was a little hesitant and that seemed to irritate her so I agreed to it and then she prescribed. I got a call from the pharmacy saying insurance wouldn’t cover it so she had to fill out forms. Then a couple days later I get a call from the front staff the lady said “ your insurance won’t cover it” and then click. I didn’t even have time to respond before she hung up on me. Never heard from them again. Went back to pcp and she kindly referred to someone way better. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother with her or this clinic

If I could give 0 stars I would. After having a convulsive syncope episode, I was crying and in pain. She basically told my husband I was crazy and need psychiatric help. Didn't even listen to me, I felt like a huge inconvenience to her. If you cannot be compassionate in your profession choose one where you don't work with people and illnesses.

I would not recommend Dr. Keating. I had an appointment with her a couple of years ago and the 1st thing she said to me after walking in the door was "Their is nothing I can do to help you." This was based off a conversation that she had with my Primary Care Physician who sent me there for help with my condition that I have been suffering with for several years. She spent about 5 minutes with me and then sent me on my way. This was a complete waist of my time. I don't trust anyone with so little compassion.

Dr. Keating has been wonderful since my 13 year old has a newly diagnosed seizure disorder. When receiving test results or needing answers to my overwhelming questions its always nice to hear from the doctor. She has been nothing short of amazing for us and I have recommended several people to her practice as well

My experience with Dr. Keating and her entire staff has been wonderful. They have all been courteous and helpful. I love Dr. Keating and het staff.

Dr. Keating was a wonderful Neurologist. She was so kind, understanding and caring with my problem.

My wife likes this place but from what I seen this place is a scam and a kick back between dr's they will lie for each other and take your insurance for everything it's worth
