All of the staff there are very knowledgeable and helpful with any of questions and concerns. I’ve recommended this facility to several other people already. The dr. Himself was very informative as well and was very courteous to any concerns I had.

Trouble started when I called for appointment. I was told he was in St Francis system but apparently is not. I was instructed to call hospital & request records then go pick them up then I could see dr. It's just too much to do for our situation. My father can barely make Dr's appointments much less drive all over town fetching medical records.

Dr. Padalino's unpleasant bedside manner makes appointments with him very discouraging. Our time with him was marked by his abruptness, arrogance, and negativity. We were hoping to find a doctor who was encouraging and helpful, but unfortunately Dr. Padalino was neither.

Worst doctor I have ever saw in my life. He was rude and had his mind made up about my condition before he even seen me. Didn't examine me to see what was causing my problem. Still suffering.
