Dr Cox and her staff are great. Dr Cox is very thorough and cares about her patients health. I love that my calls are returned promptly and I'm always able to get in when my chronic illness causes me problems. I highly recommend Dr Cox.

Waited for six months for a new patient appointment, took off work to make the appointment, only to be canceled 30 minutes before the appointment time. If I had canceled my appointment 30 minutes before I was supposed to be there I would’ve been charged for the office visit. I was given two options, either take another day off work in two weeks or if I wanted a later appointment to wait two months. Ridiculous.
