Extremely disappointed in the decision to ban parents from treatment rooms for ages 6 and above. This is a poor decision on your part and makes you look as if you have something to hide. You just lost 2 patients, not that you’ll care, but I see you losing many more as parents encounter this. There are plenty of amazing pediatric dentists that encourage parents to remain with their young children. Such a shame on your part.

I would leave zero stars if I could, They decided to change their office rules to where parents cannot go back with their small children and booked us out for a cavity filing for 3 months and the day before his appointment decided to tell us this new rule and refused to let me go back with him, we have switched Dentist to River Valley Pedatric Dentistry where I WILL be allowed to be with my child the whole time. This office has gone down hill since Dr. Murphy left. We will not be returning as patients.

Dr. Bittle is an amazing dentist, and I really wanted to highlight his exceptional work and professionalism we experienced. First of all, I have a 4 year old daughter that had never been to the dentist due to insurance issues and COVID issues. I was extremely nervous to take her, because I knew she was going to need work and was dreading what that would entail for my daughter. From the booking of the appointment, the staff was exceptionally nice and courteous. They answered any questions I had, and I never once felt rushed off of the phone. Once the day came for the appointment/initial exam, everything ran beyond smoothly. We were checked in on time, and I was allowed to go back with my daughter. Her care team did an amazing job at not only keeping my daughter calm, but making it a fun and enjoyable experience, as well. She was raving about going back and asked incessantly if she could go to the dentist again. When Dr. Bittle came in, he was absolutely great with her, especially since she had the energy of a child who consumed a 24 pack of Mountain Dew and a full bag of candy all in one go. It was insane. My favorite part was how he called me up to show me what was going on with her teeth, and how we can prevent issues in the future. It was very informative/educational, in that I learned some of our home practices were contributing to the problem. Once we fully discussed everything that was going on, he did a thorough job of explaining treatment options, as well as costs, pros, and cons of each option. He was very concerned with my daughter’s experience and took her age into consideration when going over each option and how it would potentially effect her mentality of the dentist for future visits. We elected to choose the option where her dental issues would be fixed at the hospital in one go under anesthesia. Enter Ruthie, our savior through the entire process. I can’t speak highly enough of her. She was our hospital coordinator, and they struck gold when they hired her. There were quite a few steps involved before getting to the actual appointment, and she made it so easy for us. She showed genuine care for our family, and I’m going to highlight 2 things that stood out the most. First, she informed us that some medical insurances will cover the cost of the hospital and anesthesia, but most wouldn’t. She gave me the ICD-10 code to call my insurance and ask if they’d cover it. I called and was told a pre-authorization would have to be submitted. I put my trust in google to find a list of what my insurance would cover, but unfortunately, the list didn’t show coverage for what we needed. I decided I would just pay the special pricing, and all would be well in the world. Ruthie, however, followed up with me and submitted the pre-authorization anyways. She called me a few days before the appointment to let me know that not only was my insurance going to cover it, but ALL of it. She saved us over $1300 by caring enough to try. The second thing that stood out to me was the day before the appointment. She called to tell us we were scheduled to be checked in at 6 AM, but remembered that we lived over an hour away. She wanted to see if we were interested in bumping our appt to 8 AM to make things easier for us, and it absolutely did. The fact that she remembered that and thought of us was above and beyond to me. Thank you so much, Ruthie, for all of your hard work and assisting our family with this process. Huge thank you to everyone else that contributed to catching our daughter back up on her dental needs, and I know that Dr. Bittle will be a forever dentist for our children.

He is great, friendly and he is an excellent dentist. He has video games and interact games the children can play while they wait. They have beautiful fish aquariums. I love the environment there.

Fast efficient and I wish he would do adults. I would totally recommend!

We LOVE Dr. Bittle. Always so great with my kids and very helpful.

My daughter has been seen in this office for about 18 years. She is disabled and requires a "lottle" more patience than most. I have been extremely happy with all of our experiences.

Great doctors and wonderful staff. Best place for kids that dont like going to the dentist.
