Very nice people. But the wait in waiting room to get called is too long. There for a dot drug test. No one else there when I showed up. And 2 people came after me got seen and left and I was still waiting. From time I arrived till I left took well over a Hour and a half just to pee in a cup.

Absurd processes to keep you in the lobby as long as possible but don't criticize the process, or express grievance. "THE NURSE" will squeal. Ridiculously absurd. Avoid this place if possible. All of these great reviews are employees. GUARANTEED

I had previously given MedExpress a bad review (which I wasn't able to retract) but I think now is was just a bad doctor who is no longer there that caused me to give a bad rating. My granddaughter went there today and we could not have had better treatment. I change my previous rating which may still by on this site from a one star to a five star. Taking care of children is the most important thing in my book and their doctors today did that. I will say that maybe I had a single bad experience from a bad doctor who is no longer there but I would rate MedExpress at 5 stars as of today. Thank you MedExpress for giving great treatment to my granddaughter. I must also say that your staff was extremely friendly. Thanks!

Came in as a walkin at 330pm was given a 530 appointment sat in lobby till well after 6pm and they still were letting people go before us. Receptionist accused us of not checking in correctly when she didn't ask us for anything else.

The receptionist was very kind and the doctor was so helpful! One of the nurses I talked to was very sweet and friendly. Unfortunately the other nurse had a personality like sand paper. She cut me off every time I spoke and was very rude. I felt I couldn't get a word out and she made me more upset than I was when I came in. I feel bad for every patient that has to cross paths with her. She should not be working in healthcare.
