Seems to me he does not want to get to the point and wants to do test that has nothing to do with what is needed. some test i be believe is needed but not everything he wanting to do and with that is all for the money for him not the patient.

Dr. Wilkin and his staff have provided the medical expertise and services I have needed. I prefer a doctor who has a scientist mind-set. Someone who sticks with the problem until he figures it out. He listens and addresses my concerns as well. I am a member of the “older generation” and have been treated respectfully. There has been no patronizing, impatience or dismissiveness. Dr. Wilkin’s office is part of a larger facility of urologic care which has been beneficial to me: x-ray department, ctscan, lab, etc. It is so much better to have tests in one location. The reasons are obvious. I think that is one reason Dr. Wilkin and his staff are so efficient and provide timely care-they are surrounded by diagnostic support. I will mention another issue that is important to me: accessibility. Dr. Wilkin and his staff are accessible. I have never been told when calling re an infection that the earliest appointment available is a week out or longer, or try an urgent care. Just saying! I know that not everyone likes the same kind of tea, but for this teacher who has taught children since the dinosaurs roamed the earth, Dr. Wilkin has provided me with a cup of comfort and a pound of cure.

Very personable, thorough, and I feel he is genuinely concerned about me and my health...not pushy and he listens to my concerns and explains things so I can understand them. Always asks about my personal concerns.

Love Dr. Wilkin. He is so caring and attentive to your health. He is very proactive. I appreciate him.

Dr. Wilkin gets right to the point. I went to see him when I had a kidney stone. He told me the stone is 7mm. It has not moved any from when you were at the ER (day before). I seen a few stones this size pass and we can want to see if it will or we can do lithotripsy. He then explained what lithotripsy is. I felt he give me all the facts so I could make a informed decision.

Not thorough, too little time spent with patient. Very quick to just write prescription and get you out the door. Calls his nurse "sweet cheeks", that's very inappropriate.

If you are referred to this Dr, please seek another one. He didn't listen, he wanted to perform procedure that I was not comfortable with and got angry when I told him no I would not like to have this procedure done.
