List of MIchael S Cole's Reviews
Dr. Cole is a wonderful, kindhearted and extremely knowledgeable physician. I cannot recommend him highly enough. His front desk staff is above average and always accommodating.
Cannot recommend his services highly enough.
Dr. Cole is a wonderful Primary Care Physician! He really listens to everything and always gives you the time you need and deserve! His staff is terrific! They always get back to me within an hour and always do everything they can to answer any questions. I am a patient most doctors don’t want cause I have several different serious issues but Dr. Cole helps me understand and is very patient with me. I feel very safe and confident in his judgment. I trust him and his staff totally with decision.
He is always working to take the best care of me, quickly and effectively. Prescription refills go well, and Office visits are quick.
Poor staff called to make appt his staff got all my info over phone. When I showed up for my appt was told the doctor couldn't see me today because it had been more than 2 years since I had been but I could come in on this date? Why couldn't they see me on they dated they made the appt before I drove 35 minutes to get there just to schedule another appt. Same weed my daughters boyfriend was scheduled for a physical he had to wait over 2 hours before being called backed. I think it is time to find a new doctor...
Don't expect good "bedside manner". Doesn't listen and is condescending. I'm sure he is very knowledgeable but he needs to listen to patients more instead of just dismissing symptoms and taking the easy way out by prescribing. Asked for advice/literature on something simple and got a smart-ass answer instead of any real advice. Not recommended unless personality is utterly unimportant to you; maybe I'm just picky.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
