MIchael Wright Callaway's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Callaway is possibly the best doctor I have ever been to. He was attentive and listened to all of my concerns. He came very highly recommended by two different doctors, and they definitely knew what they were talking about. So glad my husband and I found him. The facility was top notch. The nurse Tracy was wonderful. I can't say enough good things.

I went in for an appointment to get set up for insurance. I talked to him/them several times about adjusting the dosage of seizure medication he decided to put me back on. Instead of putting me on a fairly low dose like I had talked about/asked he put me on 1,000 mg. I had concern it was too high they put me on the lowest which has no effect. Now the b**** because I complain too much and get on their nerves and cannot simply put me on a middle dose or bump it up a little more.. they want to put me on a different medication

I CANNOT say enough about Dr Callaway and his whole staff. They are kind, caring, patient, understanding, respectful, thorough, quick to respond, and always follow up. There are not enough words to describe all of them in the office. My whole family uses them. You will not find better care than with Dr Callaway and his staff!!!!

We have been to Dr, Callaway twice, each time before a trip to Africa. He was very helpful in determining the immunizations and malaria medications we needed. He is very helpful

The receptionist Kalie told me they could not schedule me unless I could tell her over the phone which specific injections I needed. I explained that was the reason I wanted a consult--to get his professional recommendation. I had Googled the topic already, but wasn't comfortable placing my own injectable requests, because the CDC says to talk to your doctor. Kalie was unhelpful and wouldn't set up appointment.

Kalie was rude and unhelpful and did not set an appointment because I opted not to choose my own injectables.
