Dr. Phomakay is a great doctor and cares so much for her patients. My family loves her and she has helped us through every medical problem that we've went through. She is the first doctor that we have had that treated us like we were family. We appreciate her so much!

Went to see Dr regarding flu symptoms. was told the swab did not confirm flu diagnosis, but was prescribed flu medication. Called the office 5 days later to advise the medications were not working and was told by nurse that Dr stated I had to give the medications time to work and that it would take longer due to my having COPD, which I have no knowledge of. The nurse who called me was very unprofessional. I will never to back to this Dr.

My family has been seeing Dr Mona since 2010. She has always taken the time to be thorough and not hurry on every visit. We have felt genuine care from her.

Waste of time. After 2 appointments she no longer wanted me as a patient and from there I had to start all over in finding a PCP.

This was not a pleasant experience for my elderly parents. We had to call several times before we received return calls from this doctor's nurse and the doctor did not want to see my parents anymore and suggested we seek a new physician because she said my dad was not pleased with her or her services which initially was not true.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Phomakay for many years. She has genuine concern for us and takes time to explain everything. My kids have grown with her and as adults, still see her. There is a sense of comfort that comes with meeting her. I cannot imagine seeing another doctor.
