Dr. Smith and her staff are very caring and knowledgeable, she was the first to start treating varicose veins in this area using endovenous laser ablation, along with spider veins injections and ultrasound guided injections, I don't believe there is anyone in this area that comes close to her knowledge and talent in treating venous disease.

I would recommend Dr.Bassinger, she is the best in the business. I have been to other vein specialist an didn't have good experiences. I would give her 10 stars if i could. Staff is very professional. You wont be disappointed, i have sent alot of family an friends there. They hd great results Am have gone back

I was seen in Dr. Basingers office for a consult. I filled out paperwork, they collected my $100.00 dollars, and I was taken back by her nurse. Dr Basinger came in and looked at me and told me my insurance wouldn’t cover it, and she wouldnt accept me as a patient. Talk about shocked, little did she know that I was going to pay for her services out of my pocket. I have since seen treated by another clinic. I would not refer Dr. Basinger to anyone. My daughter had surgery on her veins in her legs. There was no anesthesia. I sat in the room and listened to her moan and scream in pain. It was so terrible. She refused to go back for care after the surgery. Please don’t put yourself through this horror.

Dr Basinger is very sweet. She's attentive and makes you feel comfortable and she genuinely cares about her patients. I'm very glad to have found her!
