Always had great respect for Dr Stites. He treated my mother for many years and she loved him. I saw Dr. Myers. She and her assistant were great. My issue is with the billing practices. I asked for a cost prior to having procedures done and gladly paid that. On my follow up, I was charged another office visit fee plus an additional $228 for charges they weren’t aware of. The doctors and treatment were good. Being hit with additional fees were not. It ended up costing me almost twice what I was told, all out of pocket. After contacting Angela, making numerous calls & following up w Heather, I finally got a partial credit of $100 back. Sadly, I won’t be returning. Dermatology Center-4 months, 3 visits, $600, 2 prescriptions, suggested wash & lotion-almost no improvement. Johnson Dermatology- 1 visit, $100, no prescription, suggested wash & cream, 3 weeks- Significant improvement, almost completely resolved.

Dr Stites is a wonderful dermatologist. He has a great bed side manner, he is personable & professional. Myself, wife, daughter & son have all been patients of his for years. However, his front office staff are often rude & unprofessional. My most recent experience involved arriving at my appointment, paying my copay, updating my personal information, sitting for 10 minutes or so & then being told that my appointment was canceled months ago & I should have received an email. No cancellation email was sent, but I did receive a confirmation email and phone call to which I responded that I would be available. No apologies or thank you. I normally do not post reviews, but he should know that his staff ran off at least 4 of his patients.

I was listened to and treated with respect. I have been to other dermatologists who did not diagnose or treat my condition. I was made to feel uncomfortable and overlooked by another clinic. My first visit here i was diagnosed and given treatment with answers i have been needing for years. Looking forward to continuing treatment and having better results.

Dr.Stites removed a cyst from my arm and did good work while keeping a friendly, uplifting and calm demeanor. The nurses and staff were also friendly and professional. Usually don't rate Doctors and staff very highly, these are an exception.

I have been seeing Dr Stites for around 18 years, took my daughter to Stites @ 13 yrs old - He explained very well for her, and always takes his time, to listen to my concerns & issues. I HV had him extract a small knot on my scalp, as well as address many different issues over the years & he is always professional, pleasant, polite, & knowledgeable. I have sent my husband to him, as well, and he ONLY will see Stites, also! I have also referred quite a few people to him. If you are looking for a GOOD dermatologist - DR Stites is IT! ;)

Been going to him for 15 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great doctor and his staff have always treated me with respect.

I have seen Dr. Stites for years and he has always been very kind, and his treatment has always been spot on!!!! I love him and his nurse Shea!!! I would highly recommend!!
