My daughter had been seeing Dr. Nadvi for years (when Dr. Ashcraft left Sparks), but I just tried to make an appt with her for an annual checkup and Mercy won't "establish" her because she is 17. So even though she has seen Nadvi for 7+ years, since she moved to Mercy, they won't allow her patients to be seen there. AND the family clinics don't take them until they are 18. Nice Job Mercy!

Dr.Nadvi is wonderful if your child is sick your not going leave until she has figured it out ! I’ve always left with a diagnosis even if it took several different test to figure out what it was . My insurance dropped Sparks so we had to leave but after 1 year and 3 months I’m still checking to see if she’s back in my network. Have not found a doctor like her yet. My boys even ask about her.

Dr. Nadvi is amazing, she never makes us feel rushed and her office works with us whenever we have a sick child and need to be seen quickly. She has called me personally several times after illnesses just to check on my kids. I cannot recommend her enough!

Been using Dr. Nadvi for 3 years about. The receptionists will put you on hold often when you call and really make you feel like you're bothering them or they are too busy. If you hear a smiling voice answer the phone, they aren't a regular. You wait at least 30 mins past your appt time before you're called back. Today, Dr. Nadvi herself was very argumentative with me about what they had charted and what actually happened. I don't want to argue with anyone for appropriate child care. Maybe she was having a bad day, but there was no reasoning offered to me other than "You must have taken (child) somewhere else" after I repeated my child had only been to another walk-in once. As a parent, I'm well versed in how many times I've had to bring (child) in and the Dr arguing saying their chart was 100% correct and I was wrong doesn't cut it. But I will say, their nurse Kathy who does the shots, is the best nurse I've ever seen in a clinic setting.
