Had surgery for a seroma removal in my left calf. Had post-operative pain and numbness that occurred in the calf immediately after surgery as well. The pain and numbness STILL occur and shooting pain through middle of foot as a result of this procedure. Don’t use this doc. Being in the river valley you would be so much better to use the orthopedic doctors up in Northwest Arkansas. They’re better caliber ...

In fairness to Dr. Smith, this review is solely based on the horrible receptionist working for his office. My wife and I were involved in a serious accident and her arm was injured enough that after the ER Dr casted it they referred her to Dr. Smith. We called this morning and the female who answered was hateful and questioned why we would be seeing Dr. Smith if we didn’t know the status of her injury. She was very short and made it clear that my wife’s injury and call to that office was an inconvenience to her morning. Dr. Smith, please vet your office assistants.

It's been over a year that I went to see this guy and a year later I still have issues. Found out today that there was more wrong with my knee then this so called dr told me. Stay away from this guy!!!!!!

I had a knee replacement done in August and today (October 31, 2016) it's still bad. I would not recommend him to anyone!!!

Told information that was conflicting about keeping dressing on by Doctor and the Nurse. I could not get around adequately because leg was cut open from surgery, and I was laid up trying to recover. You would think the Doctor would mention a walker, but it was not addresses by the Doctor until forward until my mother (who is a RN) said a prescription would be needed. The Doctor's main nurse was very rude and unprofessional when giving note for work, and PT was not even mentioned by Doctor.

Total hip replcmt 09/2012. Known as Redo Smith. Prior patients warned, don't use, but Choctaws contract w/him. He lied about safety of Biotec cementless hip used; put me off rather than follow established guidelines/directives for continuing post surg pain say'g, may need to replace again but give it more heal'g time-06/2016=4yrs still wait'g, in pain & crippled; let PA operate on me as 2d Dr; prescribed Meloxicam w/disregard for adverse effects w/hi BP meds causing chest pain & strokes.
