I’ve been seeing Sumer Phillips for almost 30 years. At one point I moved to north central Arkansas and drove 4+ hours back to Fort Smith for my annual check ups because she was so good. When I moved back to the area I e turned to seeing her for everything.

I love Dr Phillips! She's a great doctor and really takes the time Ruth her patients. Her nurse is quick to get back to you on My Mercy messages. I highly recommend her!

Dr.Phillips, was very attentive. She stops and listens Then makes sure you understand your part.All her staff are very kind.

I complained about the habitual wait time of over an hour. The response was 'If being on time is important to you, then perhaps you should see another doctor.' She never offered an apology or explanation and was over an hour late for every appointment.

Dr Phillips has been my doctor for about 10 years. The last couple of years, the wait time at the office has gotten longer and longer. The average wait time is over an hour.

First of all the Dr. Sumer Phillips I know is female & is the doctor whom I'm rating. Dr. Phillips is truly a professional, she listens, very intuitive, very thorough and if there's a need to involve a specialist to resolve a problem/issue Dr. Phillips is very selective in who she will sent you to & this may involve Doctors in the Fayetteville, AR area in order to provide you with the best medical care. She's a great doctor.
