Dr MacQueen explained my situation clearly and I knew exactly what to expect after surgery. He has a great "Bedside Manner" and put me at ease immediately. I felt confident that my situation was going to improve greatly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a TKR.

I have been seen and treated by Dr. MacQueen for a number of years. I primarily see him due to his extensive experience, approachability, kindness and humor. He has helped me with my torn meniscus (both knees) and painful arthritic knees and I highly recommend his expertise.

This was my first appointment. The check-in process was easy, the receptionist friendly and the wait only 15 minutes.I thought I'd have to go somewhere else for XRAYS, but they were taken right there at the facility. The XRAY tech was friendly and explained exactly what she was doing.The doctor came in, had great bedside manner, explained what he saw on the films, and gave me the direction I needed.I had read the reviews before I made the appointment, and I must say they were all excellent and now I know why!

Originally my appt was scheduled for 10:15 am on 3/10/22. Ortho AZ called the day before to reschedule my appt as the Dr needed to leave for an appt at 10:30 am. They rescheduled me for 9:15 am for same day as the original appt 3/10/22. I arrived at 9 am for my 9:15 appt. I wasn't brought into his office until 10:15 am. They did an x-ray & then the Dr. came into the office at 10:25 (5 min before he was to leave for his appt.) He spent 3 mins with me & was done at 10:28 am. Now: while I was waiting in the lobby another patient came in at 10:10 am stating she had an appt with the same Dr at 10:15, she had been taken in right after me. Very disappointed in my 1 hr & 15 min. wait , not to mention all the pain I was in while waiting so much longer than anticipated.

Staff was efficient. Wait time was minimal. Even though I had several questions Dr. MacQueen did not rush me through the appointment and answered all my questions. He has a very strong and confident attitude about his abilities and knowledge in his specialty, which gave confidence that I was well cared for.
