Dr. Fulmer has been my PCP for about 10 years. Both him and his nurses are really good about calling you back and listening to what you need and sometimes that will avoid from having to go sit in the office and that is a big help.

Dr. Fulmer has been our family doctor for 8 yrs., including my daughter, husband, mom, and mother & father in-laws. Now including my neighbors. He is always willing to listen and talk about the issues. He even follows our care. Also the entire team at Greenbrier Family Medicine (Conway Regional) are amazing. from the check-in staff to the lab techs, and all the nurses are like family. They really care.

Dr.Fulmer makes you feel as tho you are his Only patient. He listened and discusses what is the best treatment for you and carries it out. He goes above and beyond his duties to make sure you become healthy as you can be. He truly cares about his patients. He's the BEST Dr I've ever had!

The staff never submits the referrals to specialist. This always causes delays or the appointments to be cancelled. They always say they were busy or forgot. Basic office management is lacking. They seem to be incompetent!!!

Dr. Jimmy is the most caring, compassionate, and trustworthy care provider my husband and I could have been blessed with! We both have rare and unique illnesses and he is always up to date in the latest research as well as willing to take as much time as necessary for us to ask questions or describe the latest problems. We have had the honor of his gentle caring attitude and expertise for many years and are so grateful for this incredibly intelligent, patient, and when appropriate fun physician who has always exceeded expectations! I have recommended him to many of my friends and they too are so happy that we have such a wonderful physician in our community! Thank you Dr. Jimmy! May you have many years of success and joy in a small town that loves you and appreciates you so much!!!

Told me he did not know about many of my chronic illnesses or what to do about them. Very slow referral process. Kept looking at his watch while I was going over my medical issues. Just felt rushed and kept hearing "I don't know".
