Everyone is always nice and respectful. I try have someone watch my 2.5 yr old for appointments but wasn't able to today. Dr Roberts nurse was sweet with him even checked his cocomelon dolls BP Dr Roberts was super sweet, respectful and understanding when it comes to kids. So thankful.

Dr. Kristy Roberts has been my Favorite Physician for a long time. She's always comes in while I wait with a smile and treats me like I'm her own. It's great to laugh wirh her and she clearly knows what she's doing. She makes appointments with her seem calm and comfortable, but serious when need be. I'm glad I've had her for so long and I'm going to keep seeing her for medical treatments.

I was a first-time patient, and my appointment was at 9am this morning (Dec.3rd). I got my paperwork emailed to me the day before so I could have it done before my appointment. I arrived at my appointment at 8:55am and by 10:03am; I was still waiting to see the doctor. I'm 8 months pregnant and was going to the doctor to get her to look at a keloid that's on my back. There were people in the waiting room who were constantly coughing and reported fevers. I felt like a sitting duck surrounded by sick people left and right. I finally just got up and left. I never got to see the doctor, and I won't be back. I will say that the lady at the front was really nice, and very apologetic. Because of that, I give it two stars instead of one.

She did not seem to know or understand what ulcerative colitis was, she did not seem to have an understanding about any condition I have nor did she seem to want to learn. Will never be back!!

Normally I have an easy uncomplicated visit and think highly of how Dr Roberts has taken care of me. But I have had a very hard time getting through this office to schedule an appointment for over a week and my meds have run out. No one answers the phone nor does it go to voicemail. Don’t know what to do

Very caring. I have severe fibromyalgia. I have been through so many doctors that were not very nice. She's very compassionate and sweet. I wish every doc was as kind and compassionate as Dr Roberts. She listens and genuinely cares.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. All staff have been friendly and understanding. Kristy Roberts is who I've seen when I go and I think she is just wonderful.

Very Rude Receptionist! I missed my 1st and only appointment due to an unexpected tragity. When I tried to schedule another appointment, the receptionist was very rude to me and she told me that I couldn't schedule anymore appointments due to missing the previously scheduled appointment. I guess a car crash, injuries and the death of a loved one is no excuse for missing a scheduled appointment in Kristy Roberts clinic! Crazy people in this world!
