The office staff, nurses and Doctor were wonderful. This is the best Mercy Clinic I have been to in Arkansas. They were all friendly and the nurses and doctor really listened to my concerns. . I would recommend Dr Hays and her staff.

The best doctor I have had since Dr. Ingram in OK. in 2007. Until Dr. Hays I haven't had a good Dr for 14 years. I hope she never leaves it would be hard to find another Doctor as good as she is.

A Great Doctor Dr. Hays takes the time with her patients to accurate diagnose problems. She orders the necessary tests without wasting my time. I think she is the best primary care physician that I have ever had. I have no hesitation in recommending that my friends go to her. I have sent my entire family to her. She is one great doctor.

My husband and I have both been seeing Dr Hays since she moved to Mercy (previously Bailey Clinic) in Greenwood. She is caring and friendly as well as she listens and explains. We feel she is an extremely competent doctor. We were disappointed when our regular doc moved away but pleasantly surprised once we got to know Dr Hays. We hope she never moves!!

She has no compassion! Does not give a crap about her patients. She’s even denied my refill request when it’s time for a refill (zofran) all because I told her she basically is a crappy doctor! Don’t waste your time.

Really listens and does what she can to help, will refer if necessary, always pleasant, great bedside manner

Dr. Hays is AMAZING!!!!! I am completely shocked to see the negative reviews on here because I’ve never been so happy with a primary care provider!!! We are fairly new to the area and she came highly recommended by a family friend and I have since recommended her to all the women in my family! We LOVE Dr. Hays!! I’m so glad I didn’t read these reviews before going to see her because I would have missed out!! On my first visit with her, she came into the office and apologized for being late! Whaaa?? Have you ever had a doctor say that?! When I told her that she didn’t need to apologize because it has only been 5 minutes and that I’m used to doctors being 45 mins late, she responded with a comment about how she doesn’t like for her patients to have to wait! *LOVE* I think what another reviewer described as pretentiousness from Dr. Hays is actually her professionalism. Dr. Hays is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. Which is exactly what I want in a provider. She usually sits at her computer and listens and types as I talk to her about why I’m there. I don’t need her to be super chatty and overly social with me. That’s just weird. She’s a doctor, not one of my girlfriends. I respect her. She’s wicked smart and really knows her stuff. What really sets her apart for me, is that she doesn’t blow off my concerns. If I’m concerned about something, she’ll order labs, refer me out to a specialist if need be..whatever it takes to put my mind at ease and address the reason for my visit. I also appreciate how I don’t have to do a ton of homework and research before I come see her in an attempt to diagnose myself. As I talk, she listens and types, reads it over and makes connections based on my symptoms. It’s just so refreshing to be able to relax with a doctor and know that if there’s something wrong, she can be trusted to get to the bottom of it. I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

Dr Hayes has always hiven me excellent care. I was referred to her by a friend and drive in from Fort Smith because I think so much of the care she has given me.

Save your time and money. Find a doctor that actually cares and will listen to you.

She was my primary when she was in fort smith. She has always been my favorite doctor I've ever had and I wish she'd come back here
