List of Brent Rosson's Reviews
I am absolutely 100% satisfied with our doctor.I only wish it wasn't such a long wait every time you have an appointment!
The office is great and super speedy. I barely have time to sit down in the waiting room before I’m called back. Everyone is super nice. Courtney (I believe is her name) takes my vitals and is super sweet, and the lady at the front desk is very friendly! I see Dr.Rosson and he’s the first doctor to help me without just referring me somewhere else. He’s very direct and to the point, answers any questions I have, and I feel like I can tell him anything. I’m at a good point in my life now, and couldn’t have got there without this office :)
Dr.Rosson is very to the point, listens and helps. The office is very quick, even if my visit runs longer than usual it still isn’t bad. Haven’t had a family doctor really, and have only been to a few different doctors growing up, never really was comfortable. I am comfortable with Doctor Rosson though! Sad to see there isn’t a flood of positive reviews for him.
Dr. Richard Chitsey, is the best doctor I have ever had! I would recommend him to anyone needing a doctor.
More interested in how many patients ans money he makes instead of the quality of your healthcare.
This review is for doctor rosson since he apparently doesn’t even have his own google review page. He is in doctor chitsey office and is a doctor that works there as well.He has been my doctor for almost a year and then without any warning out of nowhere I just get a letter in the mail saying he’s discharged me as a patient.I’m medically needy and am on 7 different medications and will die without them. There is NO other doctors in this “city” that are accepting Medicaid adult patients. His office manager who is the one who sends out the letters, wouldn’t even tell me why.I am SO glad I did not let him convince me that he could take over my thyroid and diabetes whom I actually have an endocrinologist for, otherwise I would just drop dead now without my diabetes medicine or thyroid medication.Unfortunately I still need a PCP in order to see her so, good luck to me finding one right?I also do not own a vehicle of my own, which is why I was so thankful and grateful to have a PCP in Harrison since taxi here is fairly cheap. However, right now the only place that has adult Medicaid openings is all the way in mountain home, which will cost me $100 just to go there, and $100 back-which is outrageous. So thank you doctor rosson!**Edit** I just got a call 2 weeks later back from Dr Rossini’s staff saying the reason he dropped me was because of an “inappropriate after hours call”???I called his after hours nurse sometime last month when I have food poisoning from eating moldy cheeseburgers at McDonald’s. I was scared and needed to know what to do.When the woman answered she was rude and demanded “who is this???” I explained I was a patient of dr Rossons and I needed medical advice and asked her if she was the after hours nurse and she demanded “who wants to know??!” I explained to her again who I was even gave her my name and asked her again if she was dr rossons after hour nurse, she then demanded to know WHY I was calling!!! My mother and room mate were present at the time and my mother told me to find out who she was, she then demanded to know my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER and my FULL LEGAL NAME!!!! Without telling me still who she was and kept being rude and demanding and disrespectful to me, so I hung up. Then half a month later he drops me as a patient!Guess she was afraid she’d loose her job so she got rid of me by spinning lies instead of being honest.
Dr Rosson is one of the best doctors I've seen, straight forward and very knowledgeable about my condition. The nursing staff is always friendly and helpful. The front office staff could use some additional training on dealing with the public and the wait times are HORRID (2 hours or more on average from check in (at appointment time) to checkout is never less than 2 hours, you see the triage for maybe 10 mins and the nurse for about 15 mins in the room. Then when the doctor comes in, he's there for MAYBE 15 mins..... But if you have questions, he'll sit down and talk to you, he's just obviously into seeing as many patients as he can
Focus is less on my care & more about his $1m barn, race horses, & vacations. Approved a medication my Pulmonologist put me on & later critized the doctor & the meds. Indicated he could follow my care just as well. He's all about himself & NARMC.
Routine office visit for pre-op lab and ekg took 2 hrs. It took 3 people and 45 minutes to accomplish a simple ekg.
Dr Chitsey is my best Dr ever .. He has changed my life for the better ever since the 1st time i visited him (been going to him for 5 years now).. I also got my BF going out to him and he has just been Great.. Huge props and Cozy world wall mounted propane ceramic heater Respect for this Man .. He is straight forward and not confusing .. I cant say enough good stuff about Dr Chitsey .. I would recommend him to anyone i care about 🍀

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
