VERY displeased of how patient was treated. Nurses/front desk woman were very rude. Myself and my friend were there to visit another friend who was brought in by ambulance; we were made to sit in the waiting area for 30 minutes, and when we asked to see our friend we were told we couldn’t because we were minors (we are not). Once we were allowed to see our friend we were immediately yelled at by a nurse (Phyllis?) who made very unprofessional remarks toward us and our friend who had just experienced a trauma event. I’m sure this “Phyllis” gossiped about us to the other nurses since we were continuously treated oddly. Would recommend asking to be transferred to another hospital.

Ridiculous ER wait and service which turned into 10 hours plus - patient never offered water or even a pillow. It literally took an hour on every hour to complete one step each time. I have no words! What has happened to our healthcare system is beyond me. Never again! Drive to Conway or Little Rock if you are smart.

The Baptist Medical Center Hospital in Heber Springs offers care and diagnostic services, surgeries, emergency room, lab, mri, x-ray, cat scan, mammogram as well as cardiac rehab, cancer center and they work closely with their larger hospital/medical center in Little Rock for anything they cant provide locally. I highly recommend them.

Went there this morning, I've had 3 thoracotomies one laparotomy, I think some of the mesh in my back has tore or moved, they could care less, they automatically think you are there for pain meds, I wanted none took me a long time to ween off that garbage. I just walked out after being in the room for over an hour with no help. I only wanted an x-ray to make sure everything was still together.

The Drs, nurses and employees are wonderful!!!! There's no complaints about them!!! I've been here several times with friends I bring for procedures and surgeries. The gift shop is NEVER open, the snack and drink machines always rip my debit card off, no drink or snack either. The cafeteria is only open to the staff of the hospital only. I've been here for many hours. I was sitting in front of the gift shop because I was told they open at 10. Some lady who strutted around the hospital like she was very big into her self-importance at that hospital, came up to me and asked me rudely could she help me. I explained I was waiting on the gift shop to open because I saw great gift ideas inside of it I wanted to purchase, (Early Christmas gifts.) She said what are you doing here? I said waiting on my friend having surgery since 7:30 am.I had to explain my presence there.(Eye roll) She rudely stated it's 11 o'clock, and I said yes, and this gift shop is NEVER OPEN! I also told several ladies who work up front my debit charge was charged 9 times for items out of the snack machine the last two visits to the hospital, and no snacks or drink came out! They gave me a NON WORKING number to call about my debit card charges, fraudulent ones BTW! Those charges are on my debit card statement and I deserve a refund most definitely. It was the longest 7 hours at that hospital. I did try cash also in snack and drink machines. No luck. 😡. Whomever is the administrator of that hospital needs to make some changes.

I had inguinal hernia surgery here and the staff who helped my surgeon were awesome.

Worst hospital I have ever been too I wish heber springs had a another choice besides this one

I came here for an Upper Endoscopy this morning, I have never been to this hospital. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the nurses in Endoscopy! They treated me extremely well, showing genuine compassion and concern for my problems. I have not always received the best care from hospitals, but this place went above and beyond for me. I am very happy and satisfied with the care I received today.

Has to be the worst hospital I've ever been in
