Dr. Ferra Lin-Duffy is absolutely amazing. She saved my life. I can’t thank her enough. She is a great doctor that is very intelligent and driven. She genuinely cares for her patients and this you you can be certain of. A great listener and has empathy compassion for the ordeal that her patients are going through. She is not only a good doctor but a wonderful human being. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much Dr. Ferra Lin-Duffy for being who you are.

She performed the mastectomy, 2 days later I'm in hospital with internal bleeding. Hospital tried to contact her all day. Finally told she is too busy to come and sent her assistant. 3 weeks in hosp,6 weeks of wound care and so far 1 year of physical therapy. Wish i had gone out of state.

I've seen her once and I didn't think she was all that personable, but it is what it is in that business. And I'd be okay with that. I'm giving her and her staff 1 star because her (and her staffs) follow up is HORRIBLE. Actually, it's non-existent because I still don't have the results from her. Dr Lin-Duffy ordered a test which I had a test done end of April. NO ONE HAS CALLED WITH THE RESULTS despite me leaving multiple messages for them! So, this a.m. I decided to take it upon myself and fax the results to my PCP and guess what.... Same day I got a call from my PCP office with the results. UNBELIEVABLY poor follow up with Dr Lin-Duffy's office. I know she's on maternity, but that doesn't mean patients aren't waiting for results.

Wonderful doctor! Finding out you have breast cancer is life- altering. She is very considerate, easy to understand and explains everything to a tee. Everyone at Henderson hospital had such great things to say about her, it put my fears at ease. She’s been a great, caring doctor.

Dr. Lin-Duffy helps you to understand what tests are necessary (biopsy, cancer scans, etc.) from your very first visit. She insists upon employing the finest people to assist her and doesn’t forget about you once surgery is completed. Dr. Lin-Duffy cares about you, and she’s got to be one of the best in her profession. I’m so lucky to have found her.

I'm leaving a review for her scheduler, s since I couldn't even get a appt to see Lin Duffy. I called 4 different days, 6 times to make an appt to see if I had cancer. The scheduler always was busy and never called me back. Her customer service, empathy and communication skills are horrible. She even block my number because when I called from a different number, that's the only time I got through. I asked why she never called me back and she said that she has 48 hours to call patients back. I said it's been over 72 and I really want to make an appt because I didn't even know my results. She said the doctor is scheduling 4 months out for benign masses. That was a shock to me. I asked again and she said yes it's benign. I don't understand how she could know that and good thing I don't need to talk to a doctor. I have a scheduler/receptionist to tell me I don't have cancer

Very pleased with the care and attention given to me. Got me in a day after I was diagnosed, she explained everything in detail and was very pleased that they got me for surgery asap. Great follow up after surgery.
