As one of the only in-house labs in Hot Springs, we came here for our covid travel tests for Israel. Everyone was welcoming, and the testing process took minutes. Called back for our results - and I tested positive. We've been planning this trip for MONTHS - the folks at this clinic took it personal and went above and beyond to be SURE I was truly positive. No symptoms, but not willing to risk it, we canceled the trip. Their concern, compassion was over the top, will absolutely go back the next time we travel. Would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Terrible terrible service!!! First off your hours online say your open to 8 hanging up on people at 7:30 is rude and unprofessional!! Secondly when your caregivers say they’re sending referrals over to the hospital they need to follow through not say they did and did not. I am very disappointed because I was told this was a good place. Sadly this was not. Will not be back again!!

This has been my clinic since they opened up several years ago. I've always had prompt service and been treated well by the staff and doctors. I recently moved out of state and will miss them dearly. I hope and pray I can find a clinic half as awesome as these guys.

This is the Most Amazing Quick and Kind associate's in any Clinic I've ever visited,,Very Awesome Reception,,she remembered me from my First Visit 2 weeks before,,and they are the {{NURSE'S & DOCTORS LISTEN TO YOU AND VERY NICE}} And they also get you in and back out quick,,,The Longest thing for me to do was me Filling Out my paper work,,,So Awesome,,Friendly,,Caring,,Reception,,Nurses and Doctors,,May God Continue Blessing All You Do to Help The Sick,,So I'll give them 10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆🙏🙏

My daughter went to the clinic with sore throat, headache, fever, achy..... instructed to drive around back. Swabbed for flu and covid then sent her home. 4 hours later I get a call from my daughter crying and begging me to help her. her head was hurting so bad. When I got to her she was burning up so I took her back to the clinic. She was told by the front desk they would send note to the Dr and he will call something in and sent her away again. I went in and asked if she had been examined by a md or np and was told they checked her for covid and flu. I asked what are we to do now? Take her home burning up and in pain? They called my daughter as we left asked what she felt like and said the np would call med in. 2 hours of waiting nothing called in to pharmacy her dad called and was told they would call medicine in. They NEVER assessed my daughter and NEVER called medicine in. Im adding a picture of her throat. I will be looking at the insurance claim to make sure they do not claim my daughter was assessed by a dr or np because she was not. Also I suggest that you use a different convenient care clinic if you need medical attention. You will not get it here!!!

This is the best clinic in the world!! It’s very clean your in and out quickly. Stacey Reynold kept me out of the hospital when I had Covid induced pneumonia. ❤️❤️❤️
