Dr. Sketas is a WONDERFUL doctor and there are very nice nurses there as well.However... Their scheduling system is bad. Not sure exactly what the issue is but it seems like they need better office staff. I've called to confirm my appointment the day before, taken off work, driven out, then when I arrived I was told my appointment was cancelled... This was after I confirmed through text and call. Also, my husband had a similar situation where he got a call ON HIS WAY to the appointment indicating that he was "scheduled at the wrong time" but luckily they told him to come anyway. Again, this is after completing the confirmation steps.
The absolute best place in Hot Springs to get your medicine these girls take such great care of me and make sure I have all my medicine on time and even deliver them to my work best place by far
Doctor finch is really forgetfull and his office staff is rude. You have to wait for hours I think it's time for him to retire. He gave me 3 prescriptions for benzos and I had to hand them back.He falls asleep sometimes and doesn't do wellness checks.sad office I dont recommend anyone going there. So many people leave and don't go back he's a insurance pusher.
Dr. Sketas is 10/10. My first visit with him, he listened to me ramble about a bunch of stuff for a while then we started working on about six issues total, when most appointments deal with two max. Some of my symptoms overlapped, so he used a deductive style (as expected from doctors), to start with the primary concern and treat that. Even if that first issue wasn’t what’s causing, for example, my exhaustion, we wouldn’t know until we ruled it out. Then next appointment, we worked on what we could and so forth. Helping yourself through medicine can take a while so patience is necessary, but that isn’t the doctors fault! I literally can’t wait for my next appointment (haha patience what) with Dr. Sketas because he’s super nice and listens super well. My health has improved greatly since seeing him!Ms. Ashley is super nice and down to earth. She’s very easy to talk to! I rarely see her and Dr. Finch anymore because everything got moved around but they’ve been good to me always. :)
Love my Doctor. She is the only Doctor EVER that listens to my issues and then between her and me talking decide what she will do to help. She is THE BEST I have ever had. I have had a lot a whole lot of Doctors in my 45+ years of my life and I can not say enough about her to say just how great this Lady is. God Bless Dr. Ashely and all of her family.
In regard to my appointment on 5/21/2021 with Dr. Gregory Sketas:Dr. Sketas was arrogant, rude, condescending, and argumentative. He treated me as if I was so far beneath his superior intelligence that I was was not worth listening to. I have an extensive medical history most of which I have been dealing with for at least 20 years, some of it, all my life. Dr. Sketas was automatically, instantly, dismissive of anything I had to say concerning health issues I have dealt with for 20 plus years, even all my life. Dr. Sketas acted as if a lifetime of Drs. were wrong and he was the only Dr. in the history of my life that was right. I have a very specific treatment regiment that coincides with my extensive medical history. Dr. Sketas panicked at my medical history and treatment regiment. He began running all manner of testing on the spot, Labs, X-rays, EKGs etc., all of which disproved his fears. Dr. Sketas panicked and made assumptions before having my medical records in hand which we had to send off for. Because of panick and assumption, Dr. Sketas wrote items down on my patient profile that are false, and incorrect. Dr. Sketas wrote these things in such a way as to negatively label me, which can hinder my future medical care and prevent me from seeking treatment elsewhere. I have seen multiple Neurologists for almost a decade, this being one of the many issues Dr. Sketas was completely dismissive of. My medical treatment regiment is due largely to Neurological issues I have been dealing with for almost a decade. Interruption in my treatment regiment WILL leave me bed ridden. For this and other reasons, I can not have someone like Dr. Sketas overseeing my medical care. As I have not yet established care with anyone, I will try to find a more seasoned Dr. If Dr. Sketas' negative labeling hinders me, I will be forced to abandon this network all together and go elsewhere.
I had an appointment scheduled for 10am. I was told to wait in my car, and someone would come out to my car. I got there at 9:52 called when I got there just as they said to do. So finally after sitting in my car for 41 minutes of waiting and no one ever showed, I called to see if maybe they forgot I was there, but they put me on hold I stayed on hold for 10 minute's. I called back and left a message and no one called me back. I waited until 11:06 for at least a callback but that didn't happen! I can promise you one thing I will never go back there again. Very poor customer service..I also watched people come and go, and the had come in well after my appointment!! Shame on them.
Absolutely the best Dr Finch is a great doctor and will listen to you never had a problem yes the wait time can be long but that’s part of it
I have no complaints at all.all of the staff have been really friendly and careing.also i want to say that DR SKEETAS is the best.. he's a great physician.
I absolutely love all of them providers there and the staff. I've never had to wait long and even if I did, the quality of the care you get is worth it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
