I just tried calling this office but they are closed. The automatic recording gave a phone number to an on call answering service. While explaining the reason for my call the lady RUDELY interrupted me before I could finish.

Dr Erwin and Dr Sanson are Great!! We have used them for 12 years. Staff is efficient and helpful!👍👍

Only person that was ever helpful in the Pediatric clinic was Dr. John Robert. Ever since he left it has been extreme wait times, no one answering the phone, and no calls returned. My daughter has had a recurrent ear infection and has needed to be seen 3 different times in the last 3 weeks due to high fevers and antibiotics not working. All 3 times my husband had to wait almost an hour past the scheduled appointment time for the doctor. I just called yesterday to get a reflux medication changed for my daughter since her insurance doesn't cover it and was told I would "receive a call right back", it's 3pm the next day and I still haven't received a call back yet. Terrible customer service. My daughter will no longer be seen here.

Had an appointment that was cancelled and was informed that my medication would be called in, And that was no problem to me just saves a trip. However I go to the pharmacy to get my medication and it wasn't there! No big deal other than this is a holiday weekend and now I wont be able to get my meds until Tuesday, Unfortunately the medicine that I have to take has sever side effects if not taken properly. I make several calls to the after hours on call nurse and could get nothing accomplished! Luckily for me I have a good friend that owns a pharmacy and he took care of me until I can get this sorted next week. If not for that I would be in bad shape. I regret having to stoop to writing a Google review. If you do use this medical clinic I would strongly suggest confirming with your pharmacy if your meds are called in before you get into the situation that I am in.*update*Come to find out from a friend that works there they had only 1 doctor on this day apparently trying to take care of more than 30 patients. And i wasn't the only person left hanging due to a lady doctor that will remain un-named that refused to fill these prescriptions.I feel the least a DR. could do before going on vacation is to make sure the patients will be taken care of. This is not written out of anger mostly written so hopefully someone will take notice and make changes so that myself and the other patients doesn't end up in this situation again.
