She is unavailable many times when I need an appointment. She doesn't follow through when she refers me to a specialist. Always passes me off to a specialist for even minor issues. I found a new doctor.

A recent transplant to the Hot Springs area, I heard a lot of good things about Dr. Parchman and her practice, I thought I'd give her a shot, and am very glad I did! First off, we know that the overall satisfaction with a given practice is the quality of the staff (efficiency in processing incoming patients, quickly filling scripts, on site blood draws), and I'm delighted to say that this team really has it together. I found Dr Parchman herself to be very friendly, she REALLY listened to me, and was extremely thorough. For your primary care needs, this professional is about as good as it gets.
