List of Lakeside Family Medicine's Reviews
I was supposed to be getting an MRI done months ago. I keep calling the place I'm supposed to get it done at, even though this shouldn't solely be left for me to do (Brittany at First care off Adcock) and get nothing. Several voice-mails have been left. I tried for them to do a peer to peer with my insurance to skip all this, the answer was once again, no we don't do that. Well what do you do? I just don't understand. This clinic used to be fabulous and now... I guess it's just time to move on. I've had nothing but problems since September and they've done nothing to assist at all.
I been going to Lakeside Family Medicine for about 2 yrs now. I been seeing Jamie Mullenix and she has been very helpful. Until recently when I had a discrepancy with Brittany telling me to call my pharmancy about a prescription. And the pharmancy telling me to call my doctor this went back and forth several times. I was just following what my doctor told me and that was if the pharmacy only accepted the 7 day rule to call her back and she would recommend the 30 day for pain medicine for my rheumatoid arithist and she gave the name of a doctor to call. I called the rheumatoid doctor they told me I had to be reffered I finally had a appointment to see Dr Mullenix and explain the problem I had and her reaction was she was not a pain management doctor. And to call my insurance company which I did and they expressed the doctor only prescribed the 7 day. I was not looking for long term meds as I told her I was using cbd and if I needed something stronger I could fall back on the medication she prescribed till I seen the rheumatoid dr. This was very discouraging experience had with her and I was frustrated by these games.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
