List of MIchael P. Hickman's Reviews
Had a myelogram yesterday and it was the best one with no pain I have ever had Vinita his nurse and another nurse were great with patient.
My husband went to consult with Dr. Hickman regarding a medical issue that showed up during a recent CT and MRI study and needed follow up. Dr. Hickman was very professional and courteous answering all of our concerns. He definitely knows his field. We are both very confident that Dr. Hickman is more than capable of taking care of anything that should come up. We will be following up with another visit in six months.
Was not sympathic to our situation.
I was referred to Dr. Hickman by my Dr. I needed stents placed in my iliac artery due to blockage. He put 2 stents in the left side and one on the right. The 2 on the left were placed too close together causing them to "crimp", or bend and they would not stay patent or open. The stents on both sides extended "markedly into the aorta". Because of the way he placed the stents, I had to have major and life-changing surgery. It caused me to be disabled for the rest of my life. I would never allow this so-called Dr. to touch me again. He is rude and non-caring. He refused to refer me to a cardiologist after the stents occluded and I needed further care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
