Vwry clean environment. Friendly knowledgeable and kind.staff. Very patient when explaining the use, of hearing aids. Billing, filing insurance. Tammy takes the time to treat you like family. You can tell she really wants you to back to hearing things we are missing her face lights up when we first can hear small things so clearly. No question is a stupid one. She wont make you feel dumb when you bring them back because you think something is wrong and it's just me not getting them in fast enough or correctly. I have recommended several to this clinic its a game changer for me. so cool what I am hearing ,after being deaf so many years. I have two separate aids, one is a transiter, that allows sounds from right ear to travel to the left ear and that hearing aid picks it up😁 no more getting tapped on shoulder to look at the person speaking to me.❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Tammy and staff at The Hearing Place, Sincerely Mary Shaw. It’s a very good place to have your hearing tested. If you need hearing aids they are able to get them quickly. Alex and Tammy are very friendly and know what they are doing. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Tammy was excellent in giving me the hearing test, explaining my options for hearing aids and how to use them. I’m very pleased with the new hearings aids and in using My Hearing Center in Hot Springs.
