I had an appointment at Touchstone and was told to arrive at 6:45am. They said I was the first patient of the day and they would let me in as soon as I arrived. I stood outside in the cold for 20 minutes waiting. I finally got in and it seems strange that I'm supposed to be the first one of the day because I've seen 2 people get service while I'm still waiting. Currently it's 8:20 am and I'm still waiting. I need this MRI bad or I would leave. I will never use touchstone again!

The Receptionist and the MRI techs are amazing. They treat you with respect and have always had a good experience with them

I definitely highly recommend Touchstone Imaging. The two ladies that helped me were super sweet. The technician that performed my exam was very nice, & was great at putting me at ease. They were both VERY nice. Five stars all the way around.

I've been several times.. this time, 11/21/2022 I didnt have to wait 1.5 hrs in the waiting room. If you have fibro, bring something for your legs the chairs are very very uncomfortable!
