Not very good place to go.. took our mother there last week and was supposed to get a call by Friday with lab results. We've called everyday this week and still can't find out results. Never get called back like they say

My fiance went to the dental clinic, he had no insurance and they were the only place that could get him in fast unfortunately even on there sliding scale with no income it cost him $60.00 for them to tell him he had 4 abscessed teeth and that he needed an oral surgeon, they sent him home no antibiotics knowing he couldn't afford an oral surgeon, they had not one way to help, we spent our last few dollars for nothing

My baby's appointment was scheduled for 10:40 am and they asked me to be 20 minutes early, so I arrived at that time. They could have me wait for my appointment in the parking lot, I was in my car for 1 hour and 30 minutes with a baby, so it was very difficult. In the end the doctor attended to me very annoyed, he scold me because I did not understand the questions well: I must clarify, I do not speak English well. It is difficult to take your sick baby after being in the emergency room and then be treated like that. I feel sad because of the treatment I received and because my baby had to go through a terrible morning after a day of leaving for emergencies.

I am changing doctors. The nurses are rude and the doctor who took over for doctor Proffitt is not up on his game. Waiting time is always over an hour. It's a shame this clinic will fail.

I've been to the huntsville ark location twice for my Psoriasis. Today being the second time. Was not pleased this time at all after being given the wrong appointment time and asked to bring the wrong paperwork. The doctor finally came in after I'd waited over an hour. Dr Jean did not even look at the psoriasis. Just said I'll give you the same prescription as last time and walked out.

Some of the Receptionist who answer the phone act like they control what they will or will NOT send to my doctor. If I call in and need a referral it is up to MY DOCTOR not the RECEPTIONIST!!!! Very upset! I love my doctor, all my kids love him. But we are looking into changing. Do to the communication, I don't answer to the receptionist.
