Awful! He doesn't listen to you and rushes you through your appointments. He tells you one thing, but does another. Very rude! The office staff doesn't follow through on referrals or prescription refills.

I had issues with the doctor but today he redeemed himself today and I appreciate the extra mile he went to take care of me. Thanks Dr. Hernandez

Very attentive to my needs. I have used him as my doctor for three years and am very pleased with his services. Also I've never had a doctor in my life who was friendly and actually took the time to listen.

I went one week on a Friday cause I was having pain in my side .....he said he would give me a referral to see a OBGYN they took blood only for me to leave in pain with no answers no prescription I was told lets see what the labs say fast forward to the following Tuesday only for him to ask me where the pain is then argue with me about where my pain is. He dose not listen to you he will run your bill up with visits and labs just for you to walk out in the same condition feeling even worse cause A Professional treated you like you where crazy as if you where lying about how you felt. Dont waste your time with him if he would have looked up my records he could have seen what lived be treaded for in the past so then he'd know I wasn't lying but to be treated as if I didn't know what I was talking about just made me feel like I won't ever be back to him Nor will I use AR Care

Very horrible he dose NOT listen to you all he wants to do is do lab work and i find that fishy because he dosent help with anything you'll waste your time i dint care about waiting to see a good Doctor but that he is not he will talk over you and tell you how you feel instead of hearing you out and he didnt even have a of of patients waiting but he rush thru everything i went in on a friday had pain went back the following tuesday still in pain and because my lab didnt show a reason why i would be in pain he say well i dont know what could be wrong.....but intead of him hearing me out he just said well i dont know .....................WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN

horrible he dosent listen will talk over you very bad bedside manners find someone better oh and hell argue with you about what your saying just to send you home with no answer as to why your having problems especially if he cant find a reason from lab results your just SOL......

It was very sketchy doors were open for everybody to hear your conversation and everybody else’s. I believe they had someone else’s personal records in place of mine because I’ve never been to that place and told me I cannot get the medication I needed because I had no record of it From 10 years ago but I had not forward them my medical records to them yet so I don’t know who’s information they got but it was not mine. Did not listen, Was quick to do All the wrong things and not enough research. Was kind of rude. Will not be going there again.

He used to be a wonderful family doctor. It was like going to visit family, and he was very sensitive about my disability. Now, patients are treated like strangers, the Waits are along in the visits are short. I have a heart condition, my last visit my heart rate was 144. He would not even see until I could give a urine sample, knowing very well that after numerous bladder surgeries that's very hard for me to do. I offered a mouth swab, I offered blood but he still refused to see me. I'm sorry, but with a heart rate of 144, he could have at least listen to my heart. I don't go there unless I have to anymore. I miss the old Dr Hernandez, he was so much nicer

Very rude ! To a patients family ! As well to his nursing staff in front of patients !
