Serena Pierson's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Serena Pierson with the Willow Creek Women's clinic is the first OBGYN I have seen who has made me feel so heard in a clinical setting. I can't even explain how relieved I am, to finally be on a diagnostic treatment plan for the chronic issues other doctors kind of waved away. Very thorough and professional.

Worst OBGYN i've dealt with.

If you are an "atypical" patient who may have a long health history, including cervical cancer or endometriosis, I do not recommend this provider or office. She was an hour behind (which I can understand since I work in healthcare), but then only spent 15 minutes with me as a new patient (including a pap, vaginal and breast exam) and rushed through the entire appointment. She also did not know cervical cancer guidelines for patients with a history of cervical cancer (there is an app for this and she had my oncology report in hand) and she dismissed all my concerns that I believed to be endometriosis related. I left the appt feeling rushed, overlooked and defeated. Last but not least, I have called and left three messages over the last two weeks for the clinic manager who will not return my call. The front desk staff is also not the most polite or professional. Not a great patient experience overall and I do not have trust in this office/provider. All of my healthcare is at Northwest, but I will be looking elsewhere for gyn care.

Dr. Pearson is very professional but….Update: But the front office has very poor customer service skills and has zero idea how to communicate with patients. I’ll will never step foot in that facility again!

from the beginning, they didn't schedule me for a consultation like i asked for so i was rushed through the appointment & my concerns were not listened to. she was rude & interrupted me repeatedly to argue with me. and then she just assumed i was happy with her decision, despite me saying that i was not, & scheduled me to come back for a yearly. i felt frustrated, unheard, & discouraged. i will not be going back, nor would i recommend her to anyone.

The medical staff is amazing. Dr. Pierson is the best gynecologist that I have ever seen. However, the front desk workers are not always very helpful.

I spent time researching doctors before making an appt to see Dr Serena Pierson at Willow Creek Women’s Clinic. I was very comfortable with Dr Pierson immediately. She is thorough and personable, and she carefully listened to my concerns and then addressed them. The nurses and staff at Willow Creek are also top notch! I would highly recommend Dr Pierson and the Willow Creek Women’s Clinic if you are looking for a Gynecologist. You may have to wait a little while in the exam room, but this is only because she spends the time necessary with her patients. I look forward to my future relationship with Dr Pierson and her staff.

Terrible wait time each visit. Poor communication. Otherwise nice staff.

Dr. Pierson is awesome, she can be stern on you, but she listens to her patients needs, and gives thorough information to us, which is all i could ask for. I am a week or two away from having my second little one, and its been a rough pregnancy with this gestational diabetes, but she has made this experience a whole lot easier for me. I am thankful to have her, cause i want someone that will do everything they can to help me have a successful pregnancy and she has done that.
