A bad experience at this hospital is an understatement. There are a few good employees here but most do not care at all. The equipment is outdated and the employees sit at the nurses desk playing on their phones while the patients cry for help. The exterior of the building is nice and the facility has been remodeled from an abandoned building. However, the exterior landscaping will not help your loved on recover. Poor management, unprofessional case managers and burnt out employees are a recipe for disaster here.

Do not go here! This was the only place with a spare bed and we soon learned why! Avoid this place!!!!!!! Low quality care and poor management.

Would give zero stars if it were an option. Do NOT recommend this place and regret that we spent time here. Case manager Madison and CEO Mike are only focused on billing and have no care for the patient or their welfare

This facility is unsafe. Do not leave your loved one here unsupervised. There are a few good staff members but the over all culture here is not conducive to helping injured or disabled. Your family member will not be safe here - choose another facility

HORRIFIC! This facility used the wrong patient name on paper work, had a broken emergency call button in room, waited 8 days to follow detailed respiratory discharge instructions from prior hospital, served out dated items in patient meals, did not involve family in discharge or in plan of care, significant lower quality of care on evenings/weekends, caused infection and injury to foley/catheter due to inappropriate care, and had a toilet in the room that leaked water everywhere each time it was flushed. Only went here because it was the only place with a bed available - I now know why they are not the facility of choice in the state and other places have waiting lists.

This place may have been nice when it opened. My Dad was a patient there last month. BEWARE! WORST PLACE FOR CARE!! DO NOT GO THERE!Allow patients to lay in feces for over 30 minutes. Some of the staff really care, and many DO NOT! If I could go lower than 1 star I would.
