We have had my nephew at NEA twice in as many days this week. He said he had gotten something in his knee while working on the floor. Both times we were told that he had staff not a foreign object of any kind since the xray didnt pick anything up. He never had a culture they didnt take his blood or give him anything a prescription for 6 7.5 Norco that couldnt be filled missing DEA . Drug store called and tried to get it taken care of to no avail. He couldnt even walk. He hopped. They looked at it... Thats all it took for a diagnosis of staff. As it turned out. He is in emergency surgery right now at STBRMC to drain and remove the foreign object. To say we are not pleased is an understatement. This is unacceptable

Almost all my doctors are here . NEA Baptist offers every kind of doctor you need. They have made my life a lot easier . Only my primary care doctor and cardiologist are at different places but Ill be switching those soon to. I couldnt ask for better care .

We took my 9 month old grand daughter to the ER yesterday. The doctor looked at her for five seconds and determined without doing a single test that she had a virus and sent us home without any meds. We took her to a pediatrician today because she is so sick and we had a gut feeling something else was going on. So glad we did This baby has STEP THROAT She needed antibiotics We specifically ask the doctor about thrush too. He said no after looking at her tongue for five seconds. Well guess what dr dumb she has thrush too I’m beyond upset with the care we received This is an outrage and a complete joke I bet we still have to pay the bill for complete incompetence too

I had an appointment with Dr. Charles Dunn. I told them that I was having problems with my menstrual cycle. He basically told me that I was overreacting and tried to shove birth control down my throat. On August 14 2017 I had a laparoscopy and was diagnosed with Endometriosis. A huge thank you to The Womans Clinic in Little Rock Ar.

Im 38yrs old and was dieing cause no one could tell me what was happening to my heart and wouldnt believe me cause of my age. This hospital and offices took me in and listen to me and found out what I needed to keep living. This is the best hospital I have ever been to and cant see why anyone has anything bad to say about them. Thanks NEA for giving me more life to live with my family

very clean friendly staff

My mother was a patient on 4th and 5th floors from May 11 until July 22 2021. Everyone in every department that was apart of her care were excellent. 4th and 5th floor nurses and PCTs were phenomenal. Doctors Stroud Ricca Tuck Woodruff nephrology Hobby and all the internal medicine attending and residents and their nurses were very kind knowledgeable and worked well together to give my mother the best care.This past Friday she was back in the Ed. Dr Marlow Phyllisand Sheila Montgomery went above and beyond to make sure my mother received the best care possible and much needed tests to ensure she was ready for her doctors appointment on Monday.

First off I am a EMT and combat medic. I know a good deal about medicine up to the paramedic level. These people took great care of me so kind and caring. It was the night shift I think they were heading home after I left. The strep throat test came negative however sometimes thats not always realiable. They went ahead and gave me pennicillin and a steroid. I love these people. They took great care of a Army Soldier today.

Had to get transferred here from my own hospital at Baptist Desoto. The staff has been on point about everything. Great Job. Keep up the good work.

Gave my wife a bill that was actually covered by insurance the same thing happened to her friend. I recommend St. Bernards I never had a problem there.Edit They fixed the bill and I changed the 1 star to a 4.
