Nea Baptist Hilltop Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

This is my first and last time I go to this urgent care. I went in to get a covid test, but the nurse wasn’t an active listener then the doctor only gave me my negative test results, but didn’t even ask how I was feeling and when I asked him what he thought it might be because it felt like covid symptoms, he said “I don’t know” and prescribed me cough medicine when I don’t even have a cough. I would’ve thought I’d get prescribed antibiotics or something stronger from all the symptoms I’m dealing with. It made me feel like they just wanted me in and out of the clinic not really there to help me and not to mention the long wait time. I recommend going to a different clinic, avoid going here.

The ladies at the front are very rude nice nasty staff. Dr. Lamb was very abrupt and would not hear my concerns and prescribed med that is not fda approved for my condition. I would not recommend the front desk or doctor.

Very rude front office personell,was told one thing over the phone then something different when I arrived . When you work with the public, this is not acceptable. Dont know how they keep their jobs.

Stay away from this place. This place was so rude , unprofessional and extremely expensive for none insurance people. They charged us $360 for penicillin shot ( didnot ask for what medicine we like to use or price of the medicine for my baby girl) $40 to put it in, $95 for a visit plus $40 for a visit took 10-29 minutes and some other fees that end up about $550 dollars. The whole time we were there was waiting and my might seen them for about 7 minutes. This place is a ripped off business. That why NEA is so rich.

This place is a joke. The absolute worst customer service and will wait all day to be seen. Places like this are the reason people die because they hate going to doctors offices like this.

There is a blonde named Sherri that works the front desk that is absolutely the rudest person I have ever met. Extremely unprofessional and makes the entire experience, which isn't fun any, much worse.

I want to give the biggest five star shout out to Ms Margaret at the front check-in desk. I waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half and I have never met a more pleasant employee at any health provider……. ever. She went above the standard politeness to everybody she checked in. She never lost her composure, multi tasked like a champ, and wished everyone a quick recovery. She even thanked the waiting room twice(!) in the hour and a half I waited her thanks for everyone being so patient with them as they did have an extended wait time. I wish more health professionals could come to work with the great attitude that I experienced first hand from Ms Margaret. I also had a great experience with the rest of the staff. They were professional, efficient and even wished me a Happy early Birthday. Other than the wait, this could not have been a better visit.

Hours say 9 to 9 real hours 9 to whenever they decide that they don’t want to see more patients which is fine but not ideal for an ‘urgent’ care.

DO NOT SEE ARPN ANGELA FOWLER JONES. I CAME IN AT 6.30 PM AND WAS TOLD I COULD NOT BE SEEN. THEY CLOSE AT 8. THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS A 2 HOUR WAIT AND FOWLER JONES WANTED TO LEAVE EARLY. I SAID IT SAYS 8. I HAVE TO WORK MON AND IM SICK. AFTER ASKING FOR HER INFO TO REPORT THIS MATTER SHE DECIDED TO SEE ME. THERE WAS PATIENT AHEAD OF ME THE WAIT TIME WAS REALLY 40 MINS. I NEEDED A STERIOD SHOT. SHE SAID I COULDN'T GET ONE BECAUSE HER NURSES WERE GONE. SHE VERY WELL COULD HAVE GIVEN ME THE SHOT I NEEDED. SHE WAS RUDE, ARROGANT AND IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT SHE FEELS HER TIME IS MORE VALUABLE THAN HER SICK PATIENTS. I HAVE USED THIS URGENT CARE FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL THIS WOMAN. I WROTE DOWN EVERY TIME AND THE TOTAL TIME I WAS THERE AND WILL BE REPORTING THIS. ITS A SATURDAY NIGHT AND SHE WANTED TO LEAVE. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IF SHE IS THE PROVIDER. SHE IS NO GOOD AND LAZY!
