Nea Baptist Memorial Hospital's Online Review Report Card

It's a good hospital but the APRN at NEA Baptist Clinic, Surgery Center, Dr. Bruce Jones' office, made me wait an hour and a half to see her today after I was called into the back. My visit was around 15 min.

I had a bunionectomy today, 9/15, and I had the best service. From admission to Release, I had the best treatment. This is the first time I have used NEA and I was very impressed. Dr. Rowlett is a very good doctor and I am very happy that I found him as well as NEA. Everyone that we had contact with made us feel right at home and treated us like friends, not a patient. Thank you to everyone that I had contact with today, your team ROCKS!!!

My dad had a major panic attack or something of that kind, but it looked as if he died for a moment, so of course we took him to the hospital. The ER workers were all very nice, they were quick with their jobs, and we got out within just 2 hours! overall were all very happy with how it went, we're very glad we came here.

Had to get an MRI, was quick and painless for a Sunday morning.

I went to the ER for my gall bladder and immediately they noticed my BP and HR and oxygen levels were not right and they were very thorough with their tests and found that I have congestive heart failure and honestly saved my life. They have given me care that has improved my quality of life and improved the function of my heart.

The whole staff was so nice and welcoming. They were a blessing to me and made me feel safe and comfy.

I would like to THANK Leon, that right my house keeper. He came into clean my room both days I was in ICU. The first day I was in bad shape. He made me feel important, and his smile and attitude was outstanding. Each day he wished me well. Outstanding employee!!! Great job Leon. I'll remember you for a lot time. Keep guest in your hospital smiling, it is the best medicine.

I cannot believe NEA would ever get a negative review. For example, I have been seeing the best health professionals I have ever met in my 78 years since Jun of 2021, and I have never had a bad experience. Oh, sure, I have not liked or agreed with some of the things I was told or advised of, but I never came in contact with anyone who was not kind, courteous, or caring—for Example, Dr. Patel Dharmendra, APRN Jennifer Smith, and Nurse Amanda in Cardiology. Also, NP Hellen Williams and Nurse Barbara Warren in Urology. And a special thank you to Chassica, Presley, Aaron, and Karen in the Operating room and Haydn in appointments. These people are all special because they care! NEA has many extraordinary employees. If I missed anyone who helped me in any way, please forgive me. Jerry May Sr.
