List of Nea Baptist Memorial Hospital's Reviews
They have always done me so wonderful and the staff is always so professional when treating me and my family..
My son was transported to NEA after battling head pressure for several days. He was admitted for 10 days for meningitis and received the best care! The doctors, nurses, PCAs, and techs were wonderful! Though it is an hour and a half from my home, I would recommend NEA Jonesboro for anyone who needs care and specialty service.
The facility was very well kept but dear god the nurses in the emergency rooms are awful, I went in having a allergic reaction, they are very rude, they made jokes about me while they thought I couldn’t them they actually made me feel a lot worse, I hope to god they aren’t like that with everyone but at that point I was better off chugging Benadryl at home then going and listening to that BS. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend. Go literally anywhere else.
We took my Papa to the ER one day and they had NO IDEA what they were doing, They intubated him when he was breathing on his own which in turn caused his lung to collaspe and he went into cardiac arrest and passed a few days later due to their poor decision making. This wasn't the first incident we had here either. A doctor once came in and started moving my papas neck around when they were still waiting to see if he had a neck fracture. He had a fall when in the bathroom and they left him in the ER for 3 hours not cleaned up and with his pants still down. They simply do not care about their paitents and its so sad. I graduate this month and I won't be able to have my grandpa there becaue of this pathetic excuse for a hospital.
This place HAS to be a joke. 2 different people came to this hospital for emergency care. Both were "treated" and sent away. Both immediately went to Memphis for a 2nd opinion. One almost died before she got to Memphis and the other luckily made it to Memphis and had her baby. All this in less than a month. Both were accepted and treated in Memphis. Leaving terrible doctors and nurses at a job just to fill it when people's lives are at stake is probably the scumiest thing you could do. I hope them lawyers are ready.
After several years of being a patient in the hospital and the clinic, I'm sorry to say I'm leaving for St. Bernards. The clerk in the urology department is very rude and other staff are just plain rude. Seems NEA Baptist clinic hires people untrained in customer relations. Anyway I gave them too many chances because I live 40 miles north of Jonesboro.
Sorry excuse for a hospital. I'm in pain, to the point of suicide and they won't help me??
One of the two major hospitals/medical clinic providers in Jonesboro. It is like any other medical care facility, you have some great doctors and some that are not so great. I recently found out they have let some of the really great ones go on to other places, which is a shame, but does happen. It's not a bad medial care facility and is a lot better than what is available in surrounding communities.
Slow, don’t do thorough follow up, came in with early pregnancy issues, failed to do ultrasound or even check on baby. Waited in hospital for hours to find out what we already know. Nurse was a b**** and rude. All around bad experience I won’t be back and don’t recommend anyone else going there either.
Out patient surgery sucks! Have other appointments with the clinic and I am cancelling wouldn't take a stray dog or cat to that hospital.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
