We always have great experiences here! Dr. Turney is our PCP and we LOVE him but today we had the privilege of meeting Dr. Steven Vanderbilt. He was SO kind and compassionate to my 3 year old daughter who was sick. He has great people skills and was very thorough explaining everything to us as well. He really made an impression on us. We always speak highly of the doctors and staff at NEA Woodsprings Clinic.

Been to this place twice and both times they turned me away. This most recent time I came 45 minutes before they closed, they kept me on hold outside until 5:45pm, i tell them why I’m there, and they just tell me they close in 15 minutes and I need to go to the urgent care all the way across town. And so I do, and upon arrival there they tell me again they can’t see me and I have to go to an ER. And that the wait will be several hours long there. This place doesn’t care about giving urgent care.

I have a few relatives that use a doctor from this clinic as their primary care physician and have been pleased with the care that they received. I have used the Urgent care side and have no complaints.
