I was seen for an ear infection today and was told that my prescription was being called in. The doctor that I saw was amazing- she is the only reason they get two stars. After checking with my pharmacy twice and calling Nova back in between those calls, my prescription has not been received by my pharmacy. At the time of this writing, I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and my pharmacy will close in 7 minutes. How hard can it be to just pick up the phone and call the dang pharmacy to authorize the prescription to be filled??! Now I have to spend another night with ear pain. Not impressed.

I am extremely disappointed. I called to see if they could help my grandfather with an ingrown toenail. The woman said yes we can help with that, most definitely. I asked to make an appointment, she said an appointment was not necessary you just walk in. We get there and they have us wait for 3 hours. Then tell us they can't help us! Nobody there is qualified enough to help him... (?) He needs to call a professional toe doctor. Couldn't give us a referral. This isn't the first time we have waited for hours to be told they can't help us. Your better off finding a professional in the field you need help in. Make sure you have 3 to 5 hours to spare if you do go here with or with out an appointment.

Its not considered urgent care when you schedule a appointment for your 3 sick kids and they make you sit in the parking lot 3 hours after your scheduled appointment. THREE KIDS, age 1yrs old, 3 yrs old, and 7 yrs old. No updates about how much longer either, no consideration just only thing i get for a response is “just waiting on a room”. On top of sitting in the parking lot watching all the cars pull in and out after you plus several patients leaving from the side door but yet still no rooms! Now im taking my youngest to the ER hoping his sickness is not serious because we sat over at NOVA health all day my last option is only the ER. And the front desk staff had no care in the world either or had nothing to say not even SORRY how sad! If anyone knows how to turn people like this in please let me know. This is not quality care!
