My 3-day old had some abnormal labs come up on a Sunday afternoon. Dr. Tapiador contacted me directly with specific instructions on where to go to get repeat labs, and was very open to questions about what this could mean for us. She ordered the labs immediately and called me within 2 hours with results. I’ve never met her in person, but if I had to, I know she would be respectful, assertive, and very knowledgeable about thyroid concerns for my child.

Dr. Tapiador addressed my concerns, explained things to me in an easy to understand way, was very friendly with my son, and gave me options on how to go about treatment. She listened to my opinions, was patient and overall had very professional bedside manner. Entire staff was friendly and courteous. I would recommend her if you need an endocrinologist.

My daughter was type 1 diabetic since age 8. She was her doctor until she turned 21. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. She was always very precise and got personable. It was hard leaving Children's and Doctor Tapidore because she in a way was family. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Tapiadors nurse is one of the rudest people I have ever had to communicate with. She is very condescending, never gives you time to speak and is just all out RUDE. If there were other diabetes clinics in my area my son would NOT go to this office!

Dr Tapiador is amazing. She has been amazing with our child who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Her staff has been patient, helpful, understanding & explained everything in detail. They are an amazing group & I'm so glad we found them!

Dr. Tapidor is wonderful. It took over 6 months to get in for the first visit after our referral, but she is great. I had researched everything on the internet before we went to the visit. She told us the truth about everything, prepared us for what was coming and is great with our child. She truely cares about her patients. My son was 3 when we started going there for his growth. He is 4 now and I am very pleased with Dr. Tapidor. The only complaint I would have is the scheduling of an appointment. We had to reschedule one appointment because my son had a stomach virus. They were booked up for 3 months for the rescheduled appointment. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
