I have yet to go in for my pre employment drug screen but after reading all the reviews I’m nervous. I have severe bladder issues and can’t hold my bladder very long. Worried about the long wait times. Also does anyone know if it’s an observed drug test, like do they go in with it to the bathroom or do you just give them your specimen? If it is observed do they at least use a female nurse for female patients and male for male patients?

Sign in at 11:45 am, didn't leave till almost close. For a simple physical. This place should be shut down, once back, cleanliness wasn't a thought on their mind

Very unprofessional facility! Had to go inn for a random drug screen, usually takes an hour max, it took nearly five hours! I felt bad for the people that were there for more than five hours waiting for a physical. I would highly recommend you go somewhere else or even pay a little extra and go to a Urgent Care facility, trust me the extra money you will get back from your employer is worth it! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY, IT IS NOT WORTH THE WAIT!!!

Awful unprofessional experience! My S/O got hurt at work and after waiting forever the doctor told him he couldn't tell what was wrong until an xray was done wich couldn't be done until the end of the month. He told the doctor his pain was a 10 on a scale of one to 10 (and he's a really tough guy) and the doctor said no your pain is a 5 I know what a 10 is. And even after telling the doctor he didn't think he could work the doctor told him he would just go on light duty instead of receiving worker's comp. Light duty for an electrician still isn't easy physically. Didn't give any info on what the prescriptions he was supposed to pick up were or ask where he wanted them to be sent.

AWESOME staff!!!! From the check-in ( had issue finding billing party but since I had all proper info went ahead with drug screen) to the collection process ( BEAUTIFUL nurse with one of the best attitudes in the world!!!) They should be the standard that other facilities strive to be like!!!

Extremely rude. The guy up front laughs at you when there’s a long wait and then gets frustrated when you stand there confused. Terrible terrible service.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I had to wait here for over 3 hours for a drug screening. The front desk was originally polite, until I confront them about the ridiculous wait. They blamed a man for having not being able to provide for over 35 minutes and that's the reason they were behind... They only have one bathroom for all the screenings.Nurses were nice, and I felt bad for them having to deal with the frustrations.However, overall, I would NOT recommend this place.
