Horrible experience. Totally untrustworthy about billing practices. You will be financially fleeced by the PT department, even if you have great insurance. You will absolutely be overcharged for sub-par service. STAY FAR AWAY!

Went for a football game. It’s a nice facility but they had ZERO air conditioning. Tell me, how healthy is it to be exerting full energy in a building with no air conditioning in the middle of the summer heat? Not at all. You all should’ve fixed this before you allowed any sports to be played here, someone could easily have a heat stroke just sitting in here

Know that even during darkness there will be light. After a rough start to the year, D1 was that light! Tyler accommodated to my situation and got me registered very quickly! Hannah kicks off the 0500 class right to motivate the rest of your day! I can't say enough of the staff and their positive attitude and ability to provide a welcoming experience.

Amazing staff, Amazing Facility! Amazing Atmosphere! All my athletes train at the D1 Hardin Valley facility and the results for kids taking their game to the next level is proven with my athletes accomplishments.

My son is a college football player who was wanting SAQ training during his summer. Due to Coronavirus his time away from his team was extended and Jake at D-1 was great in getting him in this Spring and continuing into Summer. He loves the facilities and his trainer Jake. Thanks for an amazing tool for athletes
